An interesting piece of British war time political history.
The British Union of Fascists was headed by Sir Oswald Ernald Mosley, 6th Baronet, a British politician during the 1920s and 1930s who rose to fame when, having become disillusioned with mainstream politics, he turned to Fascism.
Imprisoned in the 1940’s for his involvement with the BUF and was later disgraced upon his release resulting in him moving abroad to live.
