We are always interested in buying numismatic and collectable material. We provide obligation-free valuations for coins and banknotes.

We also provide a brokerage service selling via auction. RCM can act as an agent upon your behalf.

Unfortunately, we are only an online/mail order company. All business is conducted via the website, email or phone or local Melbourne meeting via arrangement. However, we do attend some local and interstate coin shows, please check our upcoming events page.

Yes, creating an account helps provide us with your correct contact and postal details, allowing you to check orders online and receive tracking updates upon dispatch.

We are generally updating the site on a daily basis or as new stock arrives. Available items will be indicated for sale and show a retail price.

However, on the rare occasion that a product has sold remotely and not been removed from our site, you will be contacted immediately and offered help to find a solution or provided a full refund. We strive to achieve a high standard, nevertheless from time-to-time human error can occur.

At our discretion RCM reserve the right to reject an order for any reason including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors or product description.

Yes, we can help you find the items you are looking for. We accept ‘want lists’ from clients and offer a tailored service, supporting clients to expand their collections

We guarantee the authenticity and grade on our products, unless stated otherwise.

At RCM, we want our clients to be 100% satisfied. In the rare incident we don’t meet this standard, we offer a full refund on the item.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold, remaining in the original packaging or coin holders and be accompanied with any certificates or documentation originally provided.

It is the client’s responsibility to return an item to us safely once a refund has been requested. Should the item become lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise during transit, RCM is under no obligation to reimburse the client in any way.

If the item is not faulty or misdescribed by us, and is returned due to a change of mind, it is the responsibility of the client to incur any return postage costs.

Deposits on lay-by purchases are not refundable due to change of mind, so please buy carefully when buying through lay-by. The deposit is 25% of the purchase price.

Once an item has been purchased and a payment confirmation has been received, we will then ship the item.

Items remain our responsibility until they are delivered and signed for at your door.

Here at RCM, we take great care in packing products, using the most suitable materials to provide safety and protection on their outbound journey to you.

All items are sent via registered/recorded sign for mail or courier services.
If an order is urgent, please contact us so that we can send your order via the quickest possible service, additional postage fees may apply.

Yes, we ship items overseas, using a number of services. Orders under AUD$250 are automatically sent via international registered mail. Items greater than AUD$250 are sent via Express Courier International service. Tracking details are provided.

Please be aware, shipping can sometime take longer depending on the destination country and other factors out of our control.

RCM is not held responsible for any importation/customs duties that a shipment my incur. If you have any concerns, please check with your local government’s legal requirements.

All orders are shipped once payment confirmation has been made in our account.
For security reasons we may request proof of identification from new clients, particularly for new clients outside Australia. Please refer to our privacy policy regarding on how provided information is used.
