An attractive high grade example with orinal mint bloom remaining. Graded as almost Uncirculated
The Indian Mohur was chosen by Governor Philip Gidley King of New South Wales to be included in the proclamation of 1800, This particular Mohur was valued at 1 pound, 17 shillings, and 6 pence.

Reverse:Persian-julus (formula), mint name. Unabridged legend: Zarb murshidabad sanat 19 julus maimanat manus. (Translation: Struck at Murshidabad in the 19th year of his reign of tranquil prosperity.)
