The 5th Portrait of King George III, known as the Spade Guinea due to crowned quartered shield of arms in the shape of a spade.
This coin forms part of the Australian Proclamation coinage declared legal tender by NSW Governor Gidley King on 18th November 1800.
Peripheral attractive Reddish hues to the devices, small planchet flaw neatly hidden beneath crown to reverse, else nice detail and pleasing eye appeal.
